Warranty policy and maintenance centers

Rebune Company is distinguished by its after-sales services, by providing a two-year warranty for all electrical appliances.

Warranty terms:

• The warranty on all electrical appliances is for two years from the date of purchase, and the warranty card must be presented with the purchase invoice.

• The warranty covers free repair or replacement of spare parts in the event of a manufacturing defect. The warranty does not mean replacing the product or returning its value.

• Maintaining the product at any maintenance center not approved by the company voids the warranty on the product.

• The warranty does not include misuse or breakage.

• Rebune Company, represented by the Rebune store or maintenance centers, does not bear any shipping costs.

How to maintain products:

Contact the customer service number on WhatsApp 966507786926 or Call 920006752 or the additional number: 0114580787 during working hours daily from 8 am to 4 pm from Saturday to Thursday, except for Fridays and official holidays, and you can contact us via Email: cs@rebunesa.com.

 The customer delivers the product himself to the nearest maintenance center. According to the following titles:
